Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located by the beautiful Rhine River, making it easy to stroll along the riverside or walk to the city center. The rooms have a bathtub, which we enjoyed, and the AC was greatly appreciated, although they were a bit dusty. The service was friendly and helpful, offering amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. Dining at the outdoor cafe by the river walk was wonderful, but the curry dish tasted awful. The location couldn't be better for exploring Mainz and enjoying the views of the Rhine River.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a fridge, perfect for a quick visit to Mainz. The staff could improve their knowledge of transportation but the location is fantastic. The dining experience is varied, and the hotel facilities are good.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit inconvenient to access, requiring multiple trips through different buildings and an overpass, but the promise of interconnecting rooms wasn't fulfilled as expected. On the bright side, the service was helpful, although a bit overzealous at times, and the location was superb for exploring the city and enjoying the views along the river. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a delightful variety of food. Overall, a mixed but memorable experience.
Staying in the hotel meant quite a walk over a bridge to reach the rooms, far from the lobby, restaurant, and river walk. The rooms were clean and had everything one could need, although the layout might not be ideal for disabled individuals, making one feel like they're venturing into the 'old' even before their time.
The hotel offers a quiet room through an overpass crossing the road but beware of additional costs like WiFi, breakfast, and parking, significantly increasing the total price per night. Despite this, my stay was comfortable and pleasant.
The hotel provides a spacious and comfortable stay with friendly service and a convenient location overlooking the Rhein. However, the breakfast experience may not meet expectations due to overpricing and food quality concerns.
The hotel is in a prime location right next to the center of town, offering excellent views of the river. The rooms were good and clean, but there were very few blankets and pillows available, and a slight smell lingered. The service was a mixed bag with cooperative staff but some misleading information about parking. The dining experience was exceptional, albeit a bit expensive. Overall, it was a great stay with a few drawbacks.
